1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site, acting on our instructions:
- Hostinger — website hosting, database and email delivery.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — if enabled, a bot check on the forms. [Delete this item if Turnstile is not enabled.]
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. Your phone number and message are then processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, and we use them only to reply to you.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards described in their data-processing terms (for example UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum).
4. How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details: [e.g. 12 months after the last contact], then deleted.
- Server logs: [e.g. 30 days, per Hostinger's settings].
- Rate-limit records (hashed IP): up to 24 hours.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If the bot check is enabled, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie or use local storage to tell people from bots.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or (where it applies) receive it in a portable format. To do so, email info@cyberroof.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
7. Changes to this notice
We will update this page if our practices change and show the date at the top.
